Article Marketing for Small Business

AS A FOLLOW UP to my last post, another way to show yourself as an expert in your field without going the blog route is something called Article Marketing. Simply put you write an article about topics relating to your business and get them published in as many places as possible.

Connect Don’t Sell

Remember the  key is that the articles serve as informative pieces, and not sales pitches. It’s important that you provide useful information, not advertising for your business. The point is to prove that you are an expert in your field and to get them to click the link back to your website which will be at the bottom of the article.

Get Published

Once you’ve created your article send it to an article distribution service like: Distribute Your Article or Content Crooner. They will review each article and determine which article might be good for which website. As more people see your articles the more will visit your website and the more successful your small business will become.
